We process contact details, order and payment-status references, service prerequisites, intake answers, consultation preferences, support-credit balances and deductions, correspondence and necessary identity documents to respond to your request and perform the service contract. We use order records where required for accounting and other legal duties. Security logs, fraud controls and complaint records support our legitimate interests in securing the service and resolving disputes. Where consent is the appropriate basis, we ask for it separately; accepting these Terms is not blanket marketing consent.
Card payments are processed through Stripe via WooCommerce. Payment and transaction information needed to complete the payment, prevent fraud, process refunds and resolve payment disputes is shared with Stripe. Card details are entered into Stripe’s payment interface and are not stored by Evakuera in WordPress. WooCommerce stores order and payment references needed for order handling and accounting. Where Stripe offers Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, these may appear as payment options.
Intake requires a valid paid order and a recognised checkout session, matching customer account, or order-key and email verification. Document contents are encrypted in a private database table. They are not public Media Library files. Each download and deletion checks authorisation. Cancelled or refunded orders lose customer access. Authorised service staff can retrieve and delete documents for the work they handle.
Access to identity documents expires 90 days after upload. Expired documents are removed from active storage by the daily cleanup or the next storage cleanup. You can request earlier deletion. Encrypted backup copies may follow the hosting provider’s separate retention cycle after active storage has been deleted.
Access is limited to authorised staff and providers needed to operate the website or deliver the agreed service. Relevant information may be shared with the authority, bank, translator or other partner needed for your case, with appropriate instructions and safeguards. A bank or authority may act as an independent controller. We do not sell your personal information. Any transfer outside the EEA must have an applicable lawful safeguard; details can be requested.
We keep order/accounting records for the period required by applicable law and keep other service and request information only as long as needed for delivery, follow-up and legitimate claims. This does not justify retaining passport copies indefinitely. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and withdraw a consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records must remain where a legal duty or lawful claim requires them.
We verify identity proportionately before releasing or changing personal data. You can complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate or the supervisory authority in your country. Statutory response deadlines apply.
WordPress/WooCommerce session cookies are used for order verification, forms and checkout prerequisites. Language selection is carried in the page URL, not a tracking cookie. Swedish is the default and English is available on all service pages. No analytics or marketing tracking is added by this update. The previously manually inserted Google Fonts tag is no longer used; fonts are handled through the current Flatsome/WordPress configuration. The web host and other existing services may maintain security logs. The payment provider and other technical providers may process ordinary connection, security and transaction data for their respective services.
