Your information.
Handled for your service.
Logic SIA is the controller for the Evakuera service information described here. Use the privacy request form to contact us about your data. Before live ordering begins, the verified registered contact details will be added to these pages.
What we process and why
We process contact details, order and payment-status references, service prerequisites, intake answers, consultation preferences, support-credit balances and deductions, correspondence and necessary identity documents to respond to your request and perform the service contract. We use order records where required for accounting and other legal duties. Security logs, fraud controls and complaint records support our legitimate interests in securing the service and resolving disputes. Where consent is the appropriate basis, we ask for it separately; accepting these Terms is not blanket marketing consent.
Payment previews
The demo checkout uses fixed fictional contact and card values. You cannot enter card credentials into it. It does not process payments, create a paid order, save the demo selections to browser storage or pass card details to WordPress. Real payment providers, their role and privacy information will be identified before live payment is enabled.
Private intake and documents
Intake requires a valid paid order and a recognised checkout session, matching customer account, or order-key and email verification. Document contents are encrypted in a private database table. They are not public Media Library files. Each download and deletion checks authorisation. Cancelled or refunded orders lose customer access. Authorised service staff can retrieve and delete documents for the work they handle.
Identity documents are deleted from the active document store no later than 90 days after upload, and can be deleted sooner from verified intake or by request. We ask for a fresh copy if later work needs it. Limited encrypted backup copies may persist until the hosting backup cycle expires; these are not used for ordinary service access. The live operator must confirm that cycle before accepting real ID documents.
Who receives information
Access is limited to authorised staff and providers needed to operate the website or deliver the agreed service. Relevant information may be shared with the authority, bank, translator or other partner needed for your case, with appropriate instructions and safeguards. A bank or authority may act as an independent controller. We do not sell your personal information. Any transfer outside the EEA must have an applicable lawful safeguard; details can be requested.
Retention and your choices
We keep order/accounting records for the period required by applicable law and keep other service and request information only as long as needed for delivery, follow-up and legitimate claims. This does not justify retaining passport copies indefinitely. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and withdraw a consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records must remain where a legal duty or lawful claim requires them.
We verify identity proportionately before releasing or changing personal data. You can complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate or the supervisory authority in your country. Statutory response deadlines apply.
Cookies and technical services
WordPress/WooCommerce session cookies support order verification, forms and checkout prerequisites. The language switch uses the page URL, not a language tracking cookie. Swedish is the default; English is available on every service page. We do not add analytics or marketing tracking in this update. The existing font configuration uses Google Fonts and may disclose normal request metadata, including IP address, to that provider. Existing hosting and other site services may maintain security logs. Provider and retention details must be confirmed for the live deployment.
