This service follows the sufficient-resources route for EU/EEA/Swiss citizens. We review your identity, resources and healthcare entitlement or insurance before preparing the application. Dependants and other routes require a separate assessment.
Preparation can begin remotely. PMLP says a first EU registration application must be submitted while you are in Latvia. Electronic filing is available where the documents have an accepted secure electronic signature. Attendance, identity checks, biometrics and the applicable collection procedure are confirmed before travel. No end-to-end 2-day completion is promised.
Any address information required for your particular case is handled individually. An eID does not by itself establish tax residence or entitlement to state healthcare.
