Once your Latvian address is in place, we prepare the documents and coordinate the Latvian residency and eID process.

You attend the required personal appointments in Latvia and collect/activate your eID.

Preparation can begin remotely. PMLP permits electronically signed submissions where applicable, but an EU citizen’s first registration application must be submitted while in Latvia. PMLP lists a two-working-day expedited option for residence-document card issuance; this is not an end-to-end residency deadline. Confirm the applicable card route and appointment availability before booking travel. State fees are separate.
